Seminole Plumber is one of the few companies in Pinellas County to offer NO DIG pipe repair and replacement. Although pipe lining isn't a new plumbing technology, it is new to home, condo and small business owners. Pipelining has been in use for over 25 years around the country, but due to limited installers and high startup costs, it was only used in big projects. But now, pipe lining is available to everyone here in Seminole. NO DIG pipelining, pipe repair and pipe rehab is performed from above ground. Traditional pipe repair or replacement requires a trench to be dug above the damaged plumbing pipe. We avoid destroying you homes flooring, driveway, parking lot, landscaping, concrete foundation by using trenchless pipelining. The installation is pretty quick and simple. Most jobs take anywhere between 5-10 hours from start to finish. How it's done - A typical NO DIG pipelining job goes like this: we come out to your home or business and inspect your sewer, drain or water line using a CCTV that is inserted inside the pipe. Once we find the damaged section, we prepare the pipe by cleaning it to remove grease, debris, oil, hair, dirt, root, mineral build up and other foreign material. After the pipe is cleaned, the new pipe liner is inserted into the pipe using high pressure air to blow the liner into place. When the liner is in place, a balloon like device is inflated inside the length of the pipe liner and it causes the liner to press against the damaged pipe. This creates the new pipe inside the old pipe. After 3-4 hours of curing / drying we inspect the pipe again and if it passes inspection, the pipe can be put back in service.
